Concordia University is known for its programs in feminin studies and art, as well as its Molson School of Business. What is less known is that it is also the most vegan-friendly of all universities across the province.

After a motion voted by the Concordia Student Union (CSU) this winter, the university requires that all activities on campus offer vegan options and that every activity organized by the CSU offers 1/3 vegetarian options. This initiative was brought forward by Lucas Solowey of the Concordia Animal Rights Association (CARA). But that doesn't stop there...
