Garden Pasta

230 g whole grain pasta of your choice (ie: spelt, kamut, wheat)
3-4 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
2-3 roasted red peppers, cut into long strips
8 black olives, chopped 
8 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp capers
3 tbsp fresh herbs (basil, oregano, …)
1-2 tbsp pesto
1-2 tbsp garlic scapes
2 cups cooked chickpeas
salt and pepper to taste

1. Cook the pasta according to the directions. 
2. Add the other ingredients to the pasta. Stir.
